Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@avelleo.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and any applicable shipping labels.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, customization, or clearance status. These will be clearly noted in the product description.
